Speakers
Speakers are now just a click away from their presentation. Other than having control of presentation slide sequence, they also minimize the risk of contracting viruses on their memory device from other infected users and prevent leak of presentation information to unauthorized users.
Information and files can be uploaded at the comfort of their office or home via secured website as they no longer have to wait in queue for their set up and test run at the venue. Onsite, we provide all the equipments and professional assistance needed to ensure that speaker’s presentations are always updated whenever changes are made.
Moderators
Time-keeping will be automated for each presentation sessions individually and moderators will be able to ensure that sessions will run on time. The system also provides flexibility to interchange session in case of unforeseen situation.
